Found floating on Leland by Tony Leadley

Choked on a Tench

 A nice set of Gnashers!

Tony Leadley, fished the club's own Leland Water and bagged up with hard fighting Tench. Ignoring the carp, Tony float fished for Tench using worm over green lipped mussel pellets bought from nearby Willow Grange and in four early morning hours caught eight Tench, four over 5lb the best 5lb 12oz with a 6lb 1oz bream thrown in for good measure. The previous day Tony banked a 6lb 4oz Tench and commented that "everyone fishes Leland for carp but the water is heaving with quality Tench and bream and it is only a matter of time before double figure fish are caught".
